Opened in 1972 by Her Majesty the Queen and situated on the historic site of Hendon’s London Aerodrome in Colindale, it is the only London attraction to house over 100 aircraft from around the world including some very early aircraft designs through to the latest modern day jets and military aircraft.

Today 22 cadets and 5 staff from the Squadron made the 2 hour journey by minibus to spend the day taking in the attractions and displays gaining knowledge and experiences which are hard to provide at the Squadron HQ.

The day was coupled we some great weather, which of course added to the whole experience and you can follow what happened on the day with various photos taken during the day in the Photo Gallery.
